About Our Programs

Experience Mamoní regularly hosts students from around the world to study, learn and practice different fields of study within our 10,000 acre classroom, workshop and living laboratory. Under the guidance of certified instructors, scientists and biologists, students can gain invaluable real world experience while practicing in areas like sustainable agriculture, forest restoration, community development and more!

How to Join Us

We currently offer program appointments for internships, apprenticeships, scientists/researchers as well as accepting volunteers.

Apprenticeships commit to work for a longer period of time to get practical experience and learn a specific job or skill while interns are students, graduates and young professionals who work with our learning directors to gain supervised, practical professional experience.

Volunteers are independently driven voluntourists joining us to help move the organization forward. There is no one specific field they will be focused on as they are expected to help our team of staff and interns with any project that, at that specific time, needs attention for us to accomplish our mission of conserving the Mamoni Valley.

Meet Anna, our Business Development & Project Coordinator

Anna Gili is Experience Mamoní’s Business Development and Program Coordinator.  Utilizing her experience as a postgraduate in International Cooperation and Development she is focusing on expanding our curricula offerings for EM’s experiential learning programs, along with a strategy to market those through our web and social media channels. Originally from Barcelona, Anna studied Biology at Barcelona University and Agronomy Engineering at the Polytechnic University; later on, while living in England, she got her MSc. in Natural Resource Management.

She is a dog lover who has recently finished a graduate diploma in Canine Unit Instruction, a wanderer with a passion for travel adventures, and an outdoor enthusiast finishing her Wilderness Guide certification with the International Wilderness Academy.

Her experience as a researcher, animal trainer, dancer, diver, and world traveller has adapted Anna to be our perfect candidate for creating all types of user experiences while understanding the challenging environments we offer our adventurous visitors.

Apprenticeships commit to work for a longer period of time to get practical experience and learn a specific job or skill while interns are students, graduates and young professionals who work with our learning directors to gain supervised, practical professional experience.

Volunteers are similar to that of the internship and apprenticeship.
Volunteers are independently driven voluntourists joining us to help move the organization forward. There is no one specific field they will be focused on as they are expected to help our team of staff and interns with any project that, at that specific time, needs attention for us to accomplish our mission of conserving the Mamoni Valley.
